This is a beautifully maintained 4- String Penco Banjo. It is in great condition and plays wonderfully. I am including the hard case with this item. Please take note of the pictures.
Penco instruments were produced between 1974-1978. In addition to banjos, they also made high quality guitars, basses, mandolins and electrics. They are known for resembling other brands such as Martin & Gibson styles. Some of the Penco instruments were made in the same factory as Ibanez guitars- Hoshino Gakki, Japan. Penco distributed their instruments in the U.S. through PA Music Exchange.
